I’m a little under the weather today and I am in Holland with family, but I wanted to wish everyone back in the USA a happy Memorial Day Weekend! I hope the weather is as nice there as it is here!
I visited my friend and health food chef, Shigeko, out at her home in the Hamptons and we had time to talk about healthy recipes and food inspiration from around the world! Indonesia was one of the first places that I ever traveled to with my best friends and I still remember that Gado Gado was one of my favorite dishes! We literally had it almost everyday for three weeks straight. Let me know if you have tried Gado Gado before!
The great thing about this recipe is that you can choose any vegetable you like or have. Just in case, I’ve listed the same grocery list below for you guys that we used to make this dish!
I hope you guys LOVE this recipe and if you make it at home please let me know, send me pictures, DM me, or comment below! So if you guys liked the video give it a thumbs up and for those of you that are new to the channel don’t forget to subscribe!
