Pressure Cooker Pork Chops with Gravy/ Quick Weeknight Meal

Time to pull out the pressure cooker and make a quick night meal for my family. This was very easy to put together and make. My family loved it.
I seasoned my pork chops with salt and pepper and browned them in a little olive oil, two at a time, in my pressure cooker with it set on the brown setting.
Once they were browned, I removed the pork chops to a plate and with the brown setting still on, I poured in a can of chicken broth and scraped up as much that was on the bottom of the pan that I could. Then I added a can of cream of mushroom soup and whisked that in.
Then I added just about a pinch of, dried rosemary, thyme, basil, parsley and garlic powder and I stirred that in. I added back my pork chops and the juices to my pressure cooker, sealed it up, and cooked it on high pressure for 12 minutes, or until you think they will be done according to the thickness of your chops. I let it do a natural release.
Once done, I checked the pork to make sure it was cooked through, then added a cornstarch slurry of a tablespoon cornstarch and some water and mixed that well, then whisked the mixture in my gravy. I cooked it for a few more minutes with the brown setting and it was done.
