The ingredients that you will need in this healthy beef stir fry are listed below.
500g (1.1 lb) beef, thinly sliced
1 onion cut into chunks
1 red bell pepper
4 cups of Broccoli florets
2 cloves garlic crushed
1 tsp of ginger, minced
¼ cup coconut aminos
¼ cup water
2 Tbsp coconut oil
Salt & Pepper
As you’re probably already aware, one of the most time-consuming parts of cooking a stir fry is the preparation of vegetables. If you have these cut ahead of time, you can cut down the time to make this dish considerably.

If you miss an excellent crunch to your stir fry, then I recommend adding some nuts such as almonds or walnuts. This will give you that extra crunch that makes a stir fry even more amazing.
The paleo beef and broccoli dish goes amazingly well with some cauliflower rice or even on some cauliflower mash.
Slicing the beef as thin as possible will help for a better-tasting healthy stir fry. If you can’t get it very thin, you can try tenderizing the meat a bit.
