Indian Lunch Cooking | Indian Village Food with Nikunj Vasoya

Watch delicious indian village food making procedure at a farm in India. This is a totally authentic way of making food in mud vessels in an open village kitchen.
1. Roasted Ladyfinger Curry or Bhindi Masala Recipe.

500 gm Roasted Ladyfinger.
2 chopped Tomatoes.
3-4 chopped chillies.
1 tbsp Garlic and chilli Powder paste.
2 tbsp Oil.
1 tsp Mustard Seeds.
1 tsp Cumin Seeds.
Pinch of Turmeric Powder.
salt to taste.

Heat Oil, add Mustard Seeds, then cumin seeds, Garlic Paste, stir well, now add chopped Tomatoes, Stir well, cook for a minute, add pinch of Turmeric Powder,
cook until nice gravy, now add salt and ladyfingers. Cook for a minute and it’s done.

2. Dal and Rice Khichadi Recipe.

100 Gm Moong Dal and Rice Mix.
1 tsp Turmeric Powder.
salt to taste.

Heat Water, add Turmeric and salt, Bring it to boil, add Dal Rice Mixture, Cook until rice and dal get cooked and no water left.

3. Rotla Recipe.

100 gm Millet Flour.

add water in flour and make a dough, now roll it with the help of palm and cook it on tawa or Mud Vessel called Tavdi.

4. Chutney Recipe.

10 cloves of Garlic.
6 chillies
1 tomato.
1 onion.
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds.
Salt to taste.
some fresh coriander.

Put all the ingredients after chopping in mortar and crush it until rough paste, its done.
