Homemade mayonnaise is so easy to make, and my recipe uses pasture raised egg yolk and really good avocado oil. The mayo recipe is keto, paleo, and whole30 approved, you can’t even buy this quality of mayonnaise at the store, and it’s cheaper. It’s just takes a bit of patience for this creamy keto avocado oil mayonnaise, because you have to add the oil very slowly to the egg yolk.
