Drumstick Egg Curry – Every Day  Lunch box Recipes with vahchef

Drum Stick Egg Masala With Drumstick Soup
Ingredients:
Take Water in a bowl & Boil
Add little Salt
Add chopped Drum Sticks
Take a pan
Add Oil
Add 1 tsp Mustard seeds
Add 3 Red Chillies
Add 1 tsp Cumin seeds
Add a pinch of Fenugreek seeds
Add 2 sprig Curry Leaves
Add 2 chopped Onion
Add Salt
Add 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Add a pinch of Turmeric
Add 1 chopped Tomato
Add 1 tsp Coriander Powder
Add 1 tsp Chilli Powder
Add ½ cup of Tamarind Juice
Add Drumsticks along with water
Add a pinch of Sugar
Drumstick Soup / Rasam
Ingredients:
Water – 750 ml
Moong Dal – 2 tb spn
Onion (chopped) – 1
Tomatoes (chopped) – 2
Drumsticks (chopped) – 3
Carrot (chopped) – 1
Bay Leaf – 2
Cinnamon Stick – 1 inch
Salt – To Taste
Coriander Leaves – 1 bunch
Method:
Take Pressure Cooker
Add 750 ml Water
Add 2 tb spn Moong Dal
Add 1 chopped Onion
Add 2 chopped Tomatoes
Add 3 chopped Drumsticks
Add 1 chopped Carrot
Add 2 Bay Leaf
Add 1 inch Cinnamon Stick
Add Salt to taste
Close the lid & cook for 2 whistles
Now switch of the heat & open lid once it cools down
Now using a smasher, smash it evenly
Strain it into another bowl
Take a pan, Add Oil
Add ½ tsp Mustard seeds
Add ½ tsp Cumin seeds
Add 3 Red Chillies
Add a pinch of Turmeric
Add the Strained Juice
Add ½ tsp Cumin powder
Add chopped Coriander Leaves
Add ½ tsp Crushed Pepper
