6 CROCKPOT CHICKEN FREEZER MEALS |Somers In Alaska Vlogs

Here are all of the Chicken Crockpot Recipes:)

Teriyaki Chicken
6-8 Bonesless, Skinless Chicken Thighs
1 Cup Teriyaki Sauce
1 Cup Water
2/3 Cup Brown Sugar
3 Cloves Garlic
A few slices of of Ginger
Add all ingredients to a Freezer Gallon Ziploc Bag! Don’t stress about trimming up the Chicken Thighs too much, it’s really not needed!  One of the reasons I love crockpotting Chicken Thighs is because the fat melts and only adds to the taste!!  Once bag is closed with all the air out use your hands to mix all the ingredients and make sure the Thighs are sitting in a good sauce!!
To cook: Take the Freezer Meal out of the Freezer and hour before starting OR run it under some room temperature water for about 30 seconds.  Dump meal in the a Crockpot and cook on Low for 4-6 hours!

Garlic and Lime Chicken
ingredients
• 5 chicken breasts
• 1/2 cup soy sauce
• 1/2 cup lime juice
• 1 T. Worcestershire Sauce
• 2 t. minced garlic cloves
• 1/2 t. dry mustard
• 1/2 t. pepper
 
instructions
Combine ingredients in freezer safe, gallon size bag.  Label & Freeze
On Cooking Day
Cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.

Chicken and Dumplings
ingredients
• 3 pounds boneless, Skinless Chicken
• 1 Onion, chopped
• 16 ounces frozen Vegetables
• 2 cans Cream-of-Chicken Soup (or make your own)
• 1 can refrigerated Biscuits, or one batch of your favorite Drop Biscuits recipe

Instructions
Freezer to Slow Cooker:
• Mix chicken, onion and frozen vegetables and 2 cans of cream of chicken soup in a freezer bag.
• Freeze in a freezer bag and label.
On Cooking day:
• Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 4-5.
• An hour before serving, shred chicken with two large forks, and drop in the biscuit dough.
• Cover and cook on high for another hour.
• The biscuits are done when you can insert a knife and it comes out clean. They will be spongey and will brown a bit on the sides and top.
• Serve in bowls, with a biscuit or two per person.

Crock Pot Honey and Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken ( I have used legs, thighs and chicken breasts)
5 garlic cloves chopped
1 tsp. oregano
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup spicy honey bbq sauce
1/3 cup honey
pinch of salt
dash of pepper
Instructions
1. Place Chicken in Crock-Pot.
2. Mix spices, soy sauce, ketchup, bbq sauce, and honey. Pour over chicken.
3. Cook on low 6 hours.
4. I split the leg quarters but you don’t have to.
5. ***If freezing, place all ingredients in gallon-sized freezer bag. Thaw overnight & dump into Crock-Pot, cook on low 6 hours.***

BBQ Chicken

Honey Sesame Chicken
INGREDIENTS
• 1 lb chicken tenders
• 3 T olive oil
• 1 cup honey
• 2 T sesame seeds
• 1/2 cup soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon sesame oil
• 1 t. salt
• 1 t. pepper

PREPARATION
. Place all ingredients in freezer bag, toss to coat and freeze. When ready, place in crockpot and cook on low for 4-5 hours. Remove chicken & shred, then return to sauce. Serve over hot cooked rice.
