Ingredients for first green drink.
1 big piece avocado
3 piece kiwi
A half of lemon or you can use the whole lemon
50g spinach

1tsp honey
1/2cup unsweetened almond milk
Mix seeds(sunflower seeds, cranberries, almonds, walnuts and pumpkin seeds then add as you needed)
2 pieces banana( You can use frozen banana if you like)

Ingredients for green drink the second one.
2 piece tomatoes
5-6 pieces carrots
2 pieces frozen banana
1 lemon
1tsp honey
50g spinach
3-4cup unsweetened almond milk
Ice ( as needed)

Ingredients for stir fry tofu with sweet basil.
A little olive oil
1 clove garlic (chopped)
170g tofu
25g red pepper
25g onions
30g carrots
A little vegetables stock ( you can use water instead)
1/2tsp low sodium soy sauce
